TERMS OF SERVICE

* By commissioning me, you have agreed to the terms that have been stated
therefore if there is to be a lack of payment or violation of such, you will be automatically blacklisted.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY- You do not have permissions to re/sell, mint, or make my art into NFT's or otherwise.- I have the right to deny a commission that I am uncomfortable doing.- You are not allowed to:
- Change, modify, etc the artwork unless given explicit consent.- Use the artwork for commercial purposes, unless it is discussed thoroughly beforehand with me.- Trace my artwork.- You are allowed to use any artwork made by me for decoration on your page, profile picture, cover photo etc WITHOUT making profit.- Commissioners do not have consent to use their pieces to sell/mint NFTs.- After 3 rounds of edits, I have the right to charge an extra fee.- Though you may not resell my work for any intended purposes ( NFTs, commercial use, etc ) this does not apply to character customs or designs I may do. As long as there's direct credit given, then it's okay.- You must provide photo(s) digitally of your character in order for me to draw your character as accurately as possible. ( With no concrete designs or customs - aesthetics, IRL photography, etc are acceptable. )- There are NO refunds after purchase UNLESS it has been stated by me that I am unable to complete your commission. ( Full refunds are only acceptable if the commission has NOT gone past the sketch stage. )- TAT ( turn around time ) can range from 3 months to a year. You are allowed to nudge me, ask questions, and request for WIPs on your project. If there is a time limit on when you need the commission finished by, there may be an additional charge.PAYMENT- Payments will be sent through PayPal or CashApp.- Prices are listed in USD.- Payments are only to beforehand to being given any progress of a commission.- Sending proof of money confirmation is recommended, to make sure the process has been completed succesfully.
